In order to support the people involved in food businesses, employees and vendors, FSSAI had initiated the largest Food Safety Training & Certification program (FoSTaC) in July, 2017.
Food safety training and certification (FOSTAC) is a training and certification program for Students/ other individuals’ intending to enter the Food Business.
To create an environment of self-compliance to Food Safety and Standards (FSS) Act, regulations and rules by the responsible food businesses.
